One of the most favorite of all the saints, Saint Nicholas, whose feast day is December 6th, is not only patron of children but a great wonderworker as well.   Advent is the season to make room in our soul for the coming of the Holy Babe of Bethlehem, His Blessed Mother and humble St. Joseph. What better way to begin in earnest this holy season than to call upon St. Nicholas, Wonderworker and Defender of the Faithful.  On the front of this holy card is an 18th century painting of St. Nicholas with a prayer on the back.
