Saint Rose of Lima Prayer Card

These three large holy cards capture the spirit of Saint Rose of Lima for your edification.  St. Rose of Lima had an ardent love for God and zeal to win many souls back to Him.  She became a Third Order Dominican and her hermitage was the garden in her parent’s backyard.  St. Rose chose St. Catherine of Siena to be her model in her love of God and neightbor.  Let St. Rose of Lima be an example for us, following her lead in calling down mercy on our fellow men and bring them back to God.  A priest once stated that in reading the lives of the saints, one becomes what one reads.  St. Rose of Lima is the Patroness of Peru and the Blessed Mother renamed Rose in her childhood, Rose of St. Mary.  We ask you Rose of St. Mary to look upon the inhabitants of North America that we may let our hearts be open to the influence of God’s Grace.
