St. Peter Julian Eymard was an 18th century French priest who founded an order devoted to the Blessed Sacrament and spoke often of the devotion. This adoration spiritual bouquet card features original artwork of the saint by our staff artist. The inside message is a quote from the saint:
“The object of Eucharistic Adoration is the Divine Person of our Lord Jesus Christ present in the most Blessed Sacrament. He is living there. He wants us to speak to Him, and He will speak to us. This conversation between the soul and our Lord is true Eucharistic Adoration. Look upon the hour of adoration assigned to you as an hour in Paradise. Go to your adoration as one would go to Heaven, to the divine banquet. You will then long for that hour…”
On the facing page is a place for you to inscribe your name and date it before giving the card to the person you are praying for.
